This program offers Executives the opportunity for personal and professional growth, ongoing support, and access to the wider EO community. Our Executive Program curriculum utilises a range of methodologies including Verne Harnish’s Scaling Up and Gino Wickman’s EOS (Traction).

The Executive Program is designed to empower and align key executives with their leadership team and provides the tools, community and accountability to scale and master business and leadership best practice.

Executive Curriculum

This program offers Executives the opportunity for personal and professional growth, ongoing support, and access to the wider Entrepreneurs Organisation community. EO is a global network of more than 18,000 entrepreneurs across 80 countries.

Catapult the business and your Executives’ role to the next level with the specific learning opportunities provided by a world class organisation.

As an Executive participant, you will be matched with other participants to form a small group known as a Key Executive Forum. These groups ensure that you are learning and growing as an individual, both through the learning provided through executive learning days and monthly confidential peer groups. Groups will be provided a framework and tools to keep in touch between meetings to help each other stay on track with their committed goals.

The Executive Program offers monthly key executive forums with an experienced EO coach as your forum moderator, plus access to the wider local, regional and global EO member community.

Each quarterly learning day will be led by a trained facilitator. These facilitators will bring a wealth of experience and connections to help you navigate through the content and gain as much as possible from the learning that is presented. The facilitator will answer questions from personal experience, helping you deal with the issues you face in your company with thoughtful and practical insights.

The Executive Program year begins from 1st October - 30th September. Participants may join the program at any month of the year, and the total fee will be pro-rated.

Complete and submit our application form, and our EO Sydney program coordinator will be in touch with more information.

Testimonials

I found the Key Executive Program to be particularly useful, in the sense that I have been able to transition out of being the Owner / CEO, to be able to appoint Mita as CEO.”

“I have only been a member of the EO Key Executive program for less than 6 months; however, in that short space of time, it has provided me with significant learning and growth opportunities, some of which have been life-altering. My Forum and the group offer a space for Key Executives to share, network, learn, vent and grow with people who understand the benefits, challenges and opportunities of working for an entrepreneur.”

You will get as much out of this program as you put in. You are accountable for your own learning and business growth. The best way to get there is by fully participating in the training days, learning events and implementing best practice in your business. Strategy

Create Sustainable Top Line Growth

The keys to sustainable top-line growth are: knowing your core customer, developing a clear brand promise, and developing your BHAG® (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) for sustainable revenue growth.

People

Become a Magnet for A-players Who Are Dedicated to Results

Growth companies’ most difficult decisions involve getting the right people in the right seats. Is everyone in your company aligned, pulling their weight, and contributing as they should?

Execution

Develop a Strategic Advantage Over Your Competitors

One common challenge that quietly sneaks up on successful growth companies is the subtle transition from excellent, precise execution to passivity, complacency, and eventually poor execution disciplines. Tightening up your execution habits can dramatically improve your gross margins and profitability while reducing the time it takes to get work done.

Cash

Accelerate Cash Flow to Fuel Your Growth

The first law of entrepreneurial gravity is “Growth sucks cash.” We encourage companies to examine their cash acceleration strategies. This measures the time between spending a dollar (on marketing, design, rent, wages, etc.) and earning that dollar back throughout the company.

Key Executive Forum

As an Executive participant, you will be matched with other participants to form a small group known as an Key Executive Forum. These groups ensure that you are learning and growing as an individual, both through the learning provided at the training days and through the interaction with your peers. Groups will be provided a framework and tools to keep in touch between meetings to help each other stay on track with their committed goals.

Member Experience

”I found the Key Executive Program to be particularly useful, in the sense that I have been able to transition out of being the Owner / CEO, to be able to appoint Mita as CEO.”

Jeff Carruthers, EO Sydney Member

I have only been a member of the EO Key Executive program for less than 6 months; however, in that short space of time, it has provided me with significant learning and growth opportunities, some of which have been life-altering. My Forum and the group offer a space for Key Executives to share, network, learn, vent and grow with people who understand the benefits, challenges and opportunities of working for an entrepreneur. I know that my involvement in EO Key Exec has enabled me to be a better intrapreneurial leader and stronger cheerleader for my boss (an EO member) - I can better support her vision and help her grow the business as an 'all in' member.

I'm really grateful to my boss for investing in me to attend and meet the amazing group of humans that make up the Key Exec program - but I also know that her investment has paid off significantly (if you want to look at it from an ROI perspective) as I have grown and developed and able to add more to our business.
